300,000.00 Mortgage. 15 Year Term. 5.25% with 2 Discount Points. Only $6K in total fees. We expected to spend closer to 9K. Bank of America is going to put a lot of companies out of business. The program is AMAZING!! No Auto Pay Feature.

I am very pleased with BOA today as they credited my Keep The Change savings directly into my savings account (one year to the day I began the program). I realize people like to complain about BOA's nearly non existent interest but the way I see it I can just xfer the KTC savings to a high yield account elsewhere. Thanks BOA

Both my parents use Bank of America, and it seems to be ok. They make a mistake every now and then, but they usually can solve it quickly. It is more the insurance than the bank I hear my parents blabbering about.
