Received check from Bay Yacht Agency Mellon Bank PSFS as above for $1855. Item I was selling was $225. Was to use Western Union to send remainder to someone else. Told check bogus, filed complaint with FBI. Known scam.

I just wanted to inform you that I have caught one of your checks # 3889..Kimberly Anderson had Federal Expressd one to me in the amount of 3,500.00. Its has Bay Yacht Agency on the left and Mellon Bank PSFS on the right 77 West Street, Suite 210 Annapolis, MD, 21401. I took it to where I bank at and showed the President of Union Bank and she faxed it over the the fraud department, and wrote VOID on the check. I am just letting you know about this.
