Per online secure banking services, I have been told that our non-profit church organization would not receive any maintenance fees or minimum balance requirements. Now, your reply by email and telephone states that we are subject to monthly maintenance fees and minimum balance requirements. We have 3 $10.00 fees charged to our account. Which is correct? We have had this account since this bank was the only one in town. There are several others now that will offer us free checking and online services. We would like to remain your customer, but if these fees can not be waived we will have to do our banking elsewhere. Please reply to us by email at the following address: sands-mumc@comcast.net.
