We financed a vehicle through your bank back in 1988 or 1989. The vehicle was a 1985 Ford F-150, Plate # 96230-L ,Vin#; 2FTEF14Y5ECA33442.
We paid the vehicle off and received the title from you. We have lost the title and when we went to the Washington State DMV they informed use that you never sent the information releasing your bank from the title.
We wish to request a new title from the Washington State DMV and would like to get an affidavit from your bank releasing your interest on this vehicle or a phone number so we can talk to someone on this matter.

I have an Oregon title to a vehicle that I purchased from a private owner, the lienholder is listed as ; West One Bank Oregon. The release was a signature of a bank employee and not stamp with the banks stamp, therefore the DMV will not accept just a signature, how can I get a proper release from your bank?
